Lotus are committed to supporting the next generation of automotive employees.  They are very proud of their dedicated work experience programme, designed to support young students in learning about their career options and available pathways.

2024 applications – Now open!

The call for applications to the 2024 cohort is now open. Please note the following criteria: Students must be between the ages of 14 – 18 years old at school or college, The current programme is available at our Hethel and LAS (Lotus Advanced Structures) sites. This is open to all applicants within the UK. If you know of anyone who might be interested in joining Lotus for work experience, please complete the below form:
